How It Work

Step 1: sign-up

We need your personal information, business information, and relevant experience to get started. Head over to Sign Up. We take your privacy very seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

This process takes about 10 minutes.

Step 2: Speak with an Agent

We are a bit old school here. Once you Sign Up, an agent will give you a call or setup a time with you to speak. We want to make sure that you get all of your questions answered before getting started. Check out our FAQ section for common questions.

The call can take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how many questions you have. Normally, within 24 to 48 hours after Step 1, you will hear from an agent.

Step 3: Setup Your Profile

After your call with an agent, you can download the Anita’s Pro app, log-in, and start building your business profile. In the app, you will be able to set your rates, surcharges, location preferences, job preferences, payment information, and review agreements.

This process takes about 10 to 45 minutes.

That’s it! It’s really that easy!

If you currently do not have a business license (also known as a business tax certificate), you will have to apply for one before accepting any jobs. The process of getting a business license is very easy. We recommend that you apply for one from the city where you reside, but you are welcome to apply for one from anywhere. Check out our FAQ section for common questions about getting a business license.

From the time you submit an online or in-person application with the city for a business license to when we activate your account (to get started, Anita’s only needs to see proof/receipt that you paid the city for the business license), the whole process is normally about 1 business day.
